Follow the below Steps to Register your EMail Address and Generate an Email Login Token that can be used for Authentication.
Open HexaEight Authenticator App and Tap on
Create New Vault
Enter a Valid Email Address and Tap on the Save Button to create the Vault.
Tap on the Vaults tab located at the bottom of the screen as shown above.
Now Tap on the Vault that shows the Email Address like shown above
Tap on the EMail Button as indicated in Red Circle To Generate a QR Code to be sent to your Email Address.
A question should popup asking you to confirm if you want to process the request. Tap YES to proceed.
You should see a message confirmation stating that the request was submitted successfully. Tap OK
Press the back button on your Mobile to take you back to the Vaults screen as shown above and repeat Step 4
You should see a Email Token Request in the Vault which confirms the request was processed successfully.
Lets now set a Strong Password for the Vault. Enter a new password as shown above and Tap the Set Password.
You should see a message confirmation stating that the password was set successfully. Tap OK
Visit your EMail Provider and look for an Email from HexaEight Support team in the Inbox
Remember to check the Spam folder as well in case you cant find the email. Please be patient because this Email can take anywhere between 1 and 3 minutes to arrive in your Inbox after completing Step 7
If you are using a Laptop or Desktop to View the email received from HexaEight, proceed to Step 14
But if you are using the same mobile that contains the HexaEight Authenticator App to view the Email, watch this video to learn how to create the Email Login Token
Tap on the Email Token Request Card to Initiate the QR Code Scanner to scan the QR Code present in your Inbox
If you are prompted for Camera Permission, Tap Allow and then Scan the QR Code present in HexaEight Email
You will now be asked to confirm, to overwrite the existing Login token present in your Vault. Tap YES to proceed.
A message indicating the Login Token was saved successfully would pop up. Tap OK
Press the Back Button in the App to take you back to the Vaults screen as shown above.
Tap on the Email Address to view the newly received Email Login Token
You can see that the newly saved Email Login Token is visible in the Vault
Watch this live Video which show the process to create your Email Login Token. There might be situations when the Generation of an Email Login Token will fail due to network issues or unknown reasons, but you can try the same process again. Remember that Emails take anywhere between 1 to 3 minutes to arrive in your Inbox, so DO NOT Generate Multiple Registration Requests, since the maximum number of only 3 registration requests are allowed per day for any valid email address.

Open HexaEight Authenticator App and Tap on Vaults Screen located at the bottom
of the screen
Now Tap on the Vault that shows the Email Address . This should open the Vault Detail Page.
In the Password section type the same password that you used during registration process and TAP Set Password.
This message confirms that the Password associated with this vault has been set successfully. TAP OK to proceed.
We assume you wish you try out the demo from your laptop or desktop. If so, visit our our DEMO SITE and proceed to the next step.

Tap on the Email Login Token to Initiate the QR Code Scanner. If you are asked for Camera permission Tap ALLOW.
Scan the QR Code displayed on the Website and a confirmation dialog will be displayed. TAP YES
You will see that your login request was processed. Wait for about 10 seconds, the Demo website should automatically log you in and show you that you have logged in successfully as below.
In the event the browser does not automatically log you in, you may want to reload the page and retry the login process by scannng the new QR Code, if it still doesnt work, then close the browser session and open a new one.
