Vertical AI product company

You ship an agentic product into a specific industry like banking, healthcare, legal, or logistics. Customers install your product; HexaEight identity is a primitive inside it. Identities carry your root domain (agent01.customer.yourbrand.com), so every install attests to who built the product.

Multi-tenant agentic platform

Certified-eligible

You operate a SaaS that issues identities programmatically on every tenant signup, every workflow, every agent. Your customers buy the platform; they never have to think about identity. Each tenant's identity carries your root domain.

Systems integrator / managed service

Certified-eligible

You integrate HexaEight identity into enterprise customer stacks (CRM, ERP, internal agent platforms). The integration is the product. You provision identities under your own domain and own the operational lifecycle for every customer.

Regional reseller / local SaaS vendor

You serve a specific market with local currency, local invoicing, and local support hotline. You can either wrap your own brand on each identity (Certified path) or sell raw HexaEight licenses to customers who bring their own domains (Verified path). Both are valid; the tier depends on which structural pattern you operate.

VPS-style identity hosting

Verified only

You deploy a Marketplace VM and rent identity slots to end customers. Each customer brings their own domain. Legitimate business. Verified Partner. Not eligible for Certified because the structural test (partner-domain on every identity) is not met.

Everyone else makes money on top.

We sell per-identity, per-core licenses at flat monthly pricing. Anyone running a Mode 2 Marketplace VM can host hundreds of identities and resell them at any price, including below our direct $72 rate. AWS, Azure, and GCP are partners, not competitors.

HexaEight will not undercut its partners. Our own reseller (fastagents.net) subsidizes identities for small customers. We deliberately compete with ourselves on resale. We sell the primitive. You make the money on top.

Flat monthly pricing. No hourly metering. One number per mode.
Anyone can resell. Mode 2 VM hosts unlimited identities at any price.
Hyperscalers are partners. Bundle, host, or resell. Margin is yours.
Identity Provider Partnerships Welcome

If you're an identity provider, we want you as a partner.

We'll be direct about the awkward part. HexaEight currently offers free user authentication via our Authenticator app, which competes with what traditional IdPs sell. If we go viral, that revenue line bends down for everyone in the human-SSO market.

Here's the other side. The next decade of identity isn't humans logging in — it's agents authenticating on their owner's behalf, at machine speed, with cryptographic identity. Most IdPs don't have a real product story for this yet. HexaEight's bridge architecture and Dead Drop Encryption are exactly the primitive that fits where agent identity is going. That gap is where we'd rather partner than compete.

Bundle HexaEight as your agent-identity SKU. White-label the bridges. Use your enterprise sales motion to sell licenses your customers already need. Once our Browser SDK ships, embed HexaEight-powered widgets in your dashboard. We don't care if you're Okta-sized or a 5-person startup — every identity provider that wants this path is welcome here. Every rival is a partner if it means we both win.

A few honest notes
  • SOC 2 Type 2 is in progress. Larger IdPs may want to wait until that's complete. Smaller IdPs may move faster.
  • White-label terms, revenue share, and OEM pricing are open conversations — bring your model.
  • We're a small bootstrapped team. Expect candid replies and human pace, not a partnerships-org playbook.
